Trident Search LLC is engaged in the direct sourcing and recruitment of highly qualified candidates for permanent employment in healthcare, the life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device industries nationwide.
This firm has two primary goals. The first is to establish itself as a trusted business partner and preferred vendor with hiring managers and human resources professionals providing them with hard to find, passive, and niche candidates for key roles within the organization. The second 
which is of equal importance, is to also establish our firm as the contingency search firm of choice for top tier industry professionals who choose to utilize professional representation for their long term career goals and objectives. Trident Search LLC is dedicated to making placements that are mutually beneficial to both our clients and candidates whom we represent.
Trident Search LLC was founded by Courtney J. Prestia in February 2010. Mr. Prestia is a seasoned recruiter and award winning business development executive with five years of hands-on experience developing lasting relationships that have brought great success to the firms he has represented. He started his career at Viacell, a small start-up biotech company headquartered in Cambridge, MA. Mr. Prestia specialized in the sales and marketing of the Viacell’s first therapy in clinical trials (CB001), and was part of the company when it went public.
Over the past five years, Mr. Prestia has developed staffing and recruiting expertise in healthcare, life sciences, and biotech/pharmaceutical drug development including key placements with Boston area hospitals and healthcare systems in accounting and finance while at Robert Half International.
Since 2005, he has been successful in placing key clinical development staff with several global pharmaceutical and biotech companies. All sourcing, recruiting, and relationship management is handled directly between candidates, human resources, and hiring managers.
With Trident Search LLC, Mr. Prestia provides his years of experience in full life cycle recruiting and staffing services to clients and candidates on a national scale.
